In 1988, John and Valerie Hancox established Telford Design and Development Ltd. Son Mark joined the business in 1993, with his brother Robert joining in 2012. Over the last 30 years, the business has acquired over 50 properties in and around Telford, with well over 100 tenants choosing to make these properties their home.
As the demands of the business grew, Mark and Robert set up Hancox Estates in 2016 to help manage the properties owned by Telford Design and Development Ltd., and to provide a more effective identity for their rapidly growing business.
The Hancox Estates objective is to develop and manage quality, multi-family living accommodation across Telford, while also retaining a portfolio of traditional, single-let family homes. In choosing Hancox Estates, you are choosing a family-run business with people at its heart.
